Do you want to play a key role in building the world’s largest IoT network? We're hiring a Site Acquisition Manager to join a rapidly expanding international team, managing France-based operations with a strong focus on business growth, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
This is a middle-management role, responsible for leading a small team (2–3 people) while driving acquisition strategy across France. You’ll be working closely with teams across Europe to adopt best practices, share knowledge, and help scale the network through strategic partnerships and location development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 2–3 in achieving acquisition targets.
- Identify and secure new site locations through relationship building and negotiation.
- Collaborate with global offices to adapt and apply successful strategies.
- Represent the business with external stakeholders and landowners.
- Proactively source and pursue new leads and business development opportunities.
- Provide clear guidance and hands-on support to your team, leading by example.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and high-level negotiation.
- Strong business development skills with a self-starting attitude.
- A natural leader who can coach and motivate a team to success.
- Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week, as needed (travel expenses covered).
- Driving licence required.
- Based in France with flexibility to travel regularly.
- Experience in site acquisition, real estate, infrastructure, or similar is a strong plus.
- Cultural flexibility – this role requires someone comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
